To search for a record in an App..


  1. Login to your File-Eazy Account.
  2. Click on the Home tab in the Navigation pane. 
  3. Click the button on the App in which you want to search for a record.
  4. The Advance Search dialog page will be launched.

Utilize this search dialogue to query a specific field for a record.

Utilize this dropdown menu to choose an Index field within the App for which you wish to search records.

Input the value for which you want to search records.

Select the Search Operator when using multiple conditions:

AND: Displays results that meet all specified conditions.

OR: Displays results that meet any of the specified conditions.

Use this button to filter for records using multiple conditions.

OR: Search for records which contain any word in the entered conditions
AND: Search for records which contain all words in the entered conditions.
EXACT: Search for records which contain the exact word in the entered conditions.

Click this button to Search for records based on the values entered.

Click this button to reset all values entered.

Click this button to Close the Advanced Search section.



Example:


Lets search for records in the Vendors app which contain the Vendor ID as V-23-002 or Vendors which contains the GSTIN as 29ABCDE1284
